Due Diligence and Investment Process

Step 1:

Identification and Initial Screening of Potential Investments

Potential projects are identified and submitted to the various departments for further assessment.

Step 2:

Insurability

Insurability is checked by the in house insurance broker. If a project does not qualify for insurance by a Tier-1 insurance company, it is not fundable.

Step 3:

Preliminary Due Diligence

Preliminary due diligence exercise in order to confirm whether the basic criteria for potential investment are met.

Step 4:

Legal and Technical Due Diligence

Additional in-depth due diligence to be carried out.

Step 5:

Commercial and Financial Due Diligence

Commercial and or Financial due diligence undertaken by Big 4 or other professional companies such as Duff & Phelps or PKF.

Step 6:

Board of Directors’ Approval

Final approval by the Board of Directors and the Fund Managers.
